1. A deposit of 50% is taken in advance to secure your booking with Chaircoverdreams. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Important notes: Your booking is guaranteed as soon as we receive your completed booking form and deposit. If however we do not receive this within 14 days your booking will be cancelled and the date will become available again. We do receipt deposits but you are welcome to call to check whether your deposit has been received.
  2. We cannot guarantee availability of organza colours unless they are chosen three months before.
  3. In the event of Cancellation, the following terms would apply to you.3 months prior to event 75%
    2 month prior to event 85%
    1 month prior to event 100%
  4. If any loss or damage is caused to the items hired on the day by the client or any member of their party, the named client will be held responsible for the repairs or the replacements. Chair Cover per item £5
    Sash per item £8.00
    Light Curtain: damaged to be assessed after event – and then invoiced accordingly.

  5. In the event that Chaircoverdreams is unable to supply items, we reserve the right to provide a suitable replacement.
